Nebraska with a teaching degree in Language Arts.
Fred is also our volunteer Athletic Director and "Fun" Director! No, he is not Tom Osborne,
but he likes Tom and he likes to have fun. Fred knows that recovery is about having fun. If we can't have
fun, why stay sober? While you are at Antlers as an inpatient, you will have the opportunity to go to the
YMCA, golf, play tennis, basketball, football or just go for a walk. Part of recovery is getting in touch with nature
and listening to our bodies. Exercise is a natural way to bring us out of depression; get us active and bring ourselves
into the sunlight of the spirit!
